By 0823 all affected equipment was returned to normal operation.

(cold shutdown),

Startup and Test personnel were in the process of testing to cicar a

preoperational test exception (TE-33 to 1-PT-302).

At approximately 0723 hours0.00837 days <br />0.201 hours <br />0.0012 weeks <br />2.751015e-4 months <br /> an electrical technician was instructed to trip feeder breaker ACD-026 in 13.8 KV normal switchgear INPS-SWGlD.

The technician Inadvertently tripped the main supply breaker ACD-025.

The tripping of Acil-025 caused the following actuations to occur 1.

Lons of power to Heactor Protection System (RPS)

'B' due to loss of power to load center INJS-SWG1D.

2.

Isolation of Reactor Water Cleanup (RWCU),

Residual llen t Removal (IlllR)

'A' and 13alance of Plant (DOP).

3.

Starting of Standby Service Water (SWP)

system, Standby Gan Treatment Fan 1GTS*FNID,' Fuel llandling Building IIVAC Fans IllVF

• FN 3 A and 111VF*FN3D, and Itcactor' Building IIVAC Fans illVR*FN11 A and 111VR

• FN 11 D.

Reactor Hecirculation Pump

'D' trip.

Immediate action was taken to restorn systema and equipment to normal operating rtatun by 0823.

This incident in connidored to be an inolated occurrenen;

howevor, the incident han been dincunned with the individual.

The need for ennuring that thn equi m;ont being manipulated in the intended equipment l

wan emphanized.

At no time was the health and nafety of the public affected.
