STEN 0 GRAPHIC REPORTING CONT CT The Office of the ACRS recomends the contract with Free State Reporting, Inc., (FSRI) be tenninated. After working with FSRI for over four months, and despite corrective measures taken by FSRI, we do not note substantive improvement in their performance.
For detailed coments regarding noted deficiencies, see information sent to Teresa McLearen, Division of Contracts and Patricia Sullivan, SECY. We have no reason to believe their perfonnance will be adequate 'n the future.
