Dear Mr. Bird:
This is in further response to your letter dated November 8, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of NRC Contract No. NRC-17-85-207 and all documents relating to this contract.
In addition, you requested documents relating to the tennination of NRC Contract No. SECY-84-327 and any discussions or negotiation with any providers of stenographic reporting services upon, or at any time after, the termination of this contract.
We previously made available documents identified in letters to you dated November 30, 1984, and December 14, 1984.
The records identified on the enclosed Appendix C are now available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room in folder F01A-84-853 under your name.
