by a memo to DL,3 Additionally, the guidelines for providing SER input to DL were provided to you in my memo of December 12, 1984 (Enclosed). Your staffs should review these l' j guidelines and contact the PM if there are any questions. All reviewers who provided input to the draft SER were given copies of the DSE'l transmitted to the applicant. However, if additional copies are needed, contact the PM as soon as possible. As stated in my earlier memo, your cooperation in following the guide-i lines should effect considerable time savings in processing the SER.
