ACCEPTANCE REVIEW, V0GTLE FSAR, QA BRANCH The QA Branch has performed an acceptance review of the Operational Quality Assurance Progrgm (0QAP). described in Section 17.2 of Georgia Power Company's V ctle Electric Generating Plant FSAR. As a result of this review, we find that the OQAP contains sufficient material to perform a detailed review and we conclude the FSAR is acceptable for docketing. Our detailed review will be made using the acceptance criteria given in Section 17.2 of NUREG-0800 (July 1981). Any questions should be referred to Jack Spraul (x-24530). [ Walter P.
