SUBJECT:
SECY-85 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INVESTIGATIONS / INSPECTIONS AND ADJUDICATIONS (SECY-84 276/276A) - PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO 10 CFR PARTS 0 AND 2 ESTABLISHING SPECIAL EX PARTE IN CAMERA PROCEDURES FOR RESOLVING CONFLICTS EDEERNING THE DISCLOSWRE OR NONDISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION.
A new paragraph (c) has been added to proposed i 2.795a to ensure that all documents relating to these special procedures are transmitted to the Office of the Secretary for deposit in the Commission's official docket files.
This provision was prepared at the request of William L. Clements, the Chief of the Docketing and Service Branch.
The enclosed replacement pages should be substituted for pages 19-20 of Enclosure 1 to SECY-85-20.
