PROPOSED RULEMAKING TO AMEND 10 CFR PART 2 I have reviewed the draft Federal Register Notice of proposed rulemaking to amend 10 CFR Part 2. I believe the proposed rulemaking.is consistent with the Commission's Statement of Policy on Investigations, Inspections, and Adjudicatory Proceedings. I further believe the proposed rulemaking provides a mechanism for resolving conflicts on whether to disclose information related to an investigation or inspection or provided by a confidential source.

I have no further comments and appreciate the opportunity to-review the document.
