Subject:
Correction of Extension of Commitment for Generic Implementation Procedure (GIP-2) Outlier Resolution (Unresolved Safety Issue A-46, TAC No. 69447)
I In the Reference 4 letter Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) discussed modification MR-FC-94-017 as a GIP-2 outlier resolution and noted plans to complete implementation of this modification no later than the end of the 1998 Refueling Outage. However, the modification identification number given contained a typographical error and should have been MR-FC-89-017. Therefore. the commitment extension in the Reference 4 letter is corrected to: OPPD now plans to complete implementation of modification MR-FC-89-017 no later than the end of the 1998 Refueling Outage.
