Revised Physical Security Plans License Condition for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 Enclosure (1) contains the revised license condition and Enclosure (2) contains a new listing of the revisions to the approved security contingency, and guard training and qualifications plans (which incorporates Revision 4 of the Perry Unit 1 Physical Security Plan) which we proposed to incorporate in the next Perry SER supplement. This supersedes all previous correspondence on this sub-ject and the license condition currently stated in SER Supplement No. 6.

50-440 ENCLOSURE 1 PROPOSED LICENSE CONDITION _

The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission-approved physical security, guard training and qualification, and safeguards contingency plans, including all amendments and revisions made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR EP.54(p), which are part of the license. The plans, which contain Safeguards Information protected under 10 CFR 73.21 are entitled: " Perry Fuclear Power Plant s Security Plan," with revisions submitted through May 15, 1985; " Perry Nuclear Power Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan," with revisions submitted throuoh November 25, 1981; and " Perry Nuclear Power Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan" (Chapter 8 of the Security Plan), with revisions submitted through January 8,1982.
