QUARTERLY REPORT OF OPERATOR LICENSING ACTIVITIES -

FOURTH QUARTER FY 83 This is the report of Operator Licensing Section activities for the Fourth Quarter FY 83. This report is divided into three sections:

Section A: Results of examinations by facility - 4th Quarter FY 83 Section B: Results of examinations by type - 4th Quarter FY 83 Sectioh C: Results of examinations by type - FY 83 to Date Beginning with the First Quarter of FY 84, we will attempt to use the OLTS to generate Sections B and C of this report. An example of the information generated by OLTS is attached as Part D to this report. This is the same format used to provide the Commissioners with information.

In addition to the activities noted below, Region III provided three PWR examiners and two BWR examiners to assist Region IV with examinations at Comanche Peak and the CE Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
