was received by 01, which I am making available to you for what action you deem necessary.
1.
DEVINE feels that Steve LOCKERT could take RV people through Diablo and point out hardware that needs attention because of hardware problems.
2.
DEVINE stated that some hardware problems are being written up on memos rather than on NCRs.
3.
DEVINE claims informal repairs are being made in the plant.
4.
CLEWETT stated that Pullman Power Products deliberately falsified their response to the 1977 NSC audit.
He said RV eccepted Pullman's response to this audit by just looking at documents and did not interview some of.
the obvious people who could have told them the truth.
