REPORT OF INVESTIGATION ENTITLED "DIABLO CANYON -
2.206 PETITION" Our memorandum dated August 13, 1984, subject as above, was in error when it identified Lockert as a confidential source. A recheck with Region V indicates that O'Neill's name should be deleted from the report rather than Lockert's. We have also deleted the name Roger Fisher from the report because of his connection with O'Neill.
Please remove the following exhibits previously furnished in the Report of Investigation forwarded via memorandum to the Comission dated August 1,1984,
