DIABLO CANYON - 2.206 PETITION Gennis Kirsch, Region V, has recuested a reny of the subject DIA Roport of Investigation, dated August 1, 1984, for use in respondica to varicus natters raised to Region V by Thonas Devine and the Goverrnent Acccurtability Pro.iect (GAP). Accordingly, a copy is attached. The report has been approved by the Comission for placenent in the PDR although as of this date it has not baen entered through the DCS systen.
For your infomation, the nane of "0'Neill" and other identifying infornation have been deleted fron Exhibit 10 to Attachnent B, Exhibit 6 to Attachmont G and Exhibit I to Attachnent H of the version placed in the PDR because he w,?s oricinally a confidential scurce. He have been advised nrally by Thnmas Devine that O'Neill is no longer confidential because he has new gone public. He are
-unaware if that assertion has been confimed femally.
