SCHEDULE AND PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS FOR WATERFORD QA TEAM F0LLOW-UP j
This memorandum is to inform you of my plans / schedule and personnel requirements to complete our follow-up on Waterford issues identified by my team during the TASK Force effort in April and May,1984. Attachment 1 outlines the issues, personnel assignments, and the schedule to perfonn the QA team follow-up. denotes a breakdown of personnel requirements and dates needed to accomplish our follow-up.
I am requesting your concurrence in my schedule and necessary action to assure that the required personnel are available to support this effort.
As we discussed on September 17, 1984, attached (Attachment 3) is a copy of my draft letter to EG&G requesting they develop a sampling plan to support our e# fort beginning on October 1,1984, and establish a sound basis to review these iswes.
I need your approval and action to formally request EG&G proceed with action on this issue.
