concerns regarding the apparent lack of an adequate radiological emergency response plan for evacuation of the public for incidents at the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station.
Since Mr. Carpenter's concerns are related to offsite emergency planning, we are forwarding copies of his correspondence to FEMA for your consideration. A copy of our response to Mr. Carpenter is also enclosed for your information.
