Tnis is in further response to your September 13, 1984 request for technical assistance and our discussion on October 2, 1984. I have listed below several documents which provide information about the stabilization of LLW and U-mill tailings disposal facilities. These documents may be of assistance in your efforts to evaluate stabilization of the Tonawanda landfill. Under separate cover, I am sending you a copy of each one.
