This is in partial response to your letter dated August 6,1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records relating to the receipt, analysis (legal and technical), and denial of one or more "Show Cause" petitions filed by Cynthia Stewart on behalf of Jacksonians for Livable Energy Policies (JULEP) requesting action on the Grand Gulf plant.
