ATTACHMENT 2 to P-85143 CURRENT STATUS - SPDS The dual redundant computer configuration to be utilized for the SPDS/ plant computer is currently being installed.

SPDS software is currently under development. All major SPDS hardware components have been procured and most have been received.

These items will be available for installation once software development is complete and as plant conditions allow. The major equipment item missing at this time is the SPDS isolation equipment, which is scheduled for delivery in September 1985.

SPDS computer terminals will be located in the Control Room, Technical Support Center and the Forward Command Post.

These terminals and the complete SPDS are scheduled to be initially in service prior to startup, following Fort St. Vrain's fourth refueling l

outage.

Computer terminals that can access some of the SPDS parameters (not via final SPDS software) are currently in place in the Control Room and Technical Support Center.

It is anticipated that similar computer terminals will be located in the Forward i

Command Post and able to access plant computer data by the third quarter of 1985.

The following is an update to the SPDS Installation Schedule originally provided as Attachment 3 to P-84487, Warembourg to Johnson, dated 11/13/84:
