Dear Mr. Stolz:
On November 24, 1982 (Serial No. 878) Toledo Edison submitted a re-sponse for the Technical Specifications for Snubber Surveillance at Davis-Becse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
In the letter we committed to provide the revised Technical Specifications for Snubbers by June 30, 1983. Due to unforeseen extended internal review and support for the upcoming raftseling outage we will be unable to meet our date of June 30, 1981; We plan,to submit the revised Technical Specifica-tions by August 1, 1983. '
