Dear Mr. Stolz:
On June 28, 1983 Toledo Edison submitted a letter (Serial No. 960) concerning our submittal date for the proposed Technical Specifications for Snubber Surveillance. Our proposed date was August 1, 1983 but the Company Nuclear Review Board (CNRB) has major comments regarding the snubber surveillance. The CNRB comments are being resolved and we plan to submit the revised Technical Specifications by September 1, 1983 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
