The attached Discharge Confirmation Report supplement provides the items identified as deficient in the letter and clarifies other information provided in the report.

SUMMARY
OF CLEANUP AND DISPOSAL COSTS:
The cost of cleanup and disposal of the contaminated soil was
.approximately $1,750.
PROOF OF PROPER DISPOSAL:
Approximately 7.5 cubic feet of soil and gravel was removed from the discharge area and placed into 55 gallon drums..
The drums were disposed of as hazardous waste at a licensed disposal facility within 90 days of generation in accordande with NJI.C 7:26-9.3.
