30 DAY CONFIRMATION REPORT CORRECTION TO CERTIFICATION In the subject confirmation report (reference NLR-E91256), the certification incorrectly stated that it was sworn and subscribed before the Notary Public on October 4, 1991.
The correct date should be November 4, 1991, which is the date of the report.
Please replace the certification in NLR-E91256 with the attached corrected certification.
