Ms. Pat Posner 22 Park Trail Croton, New York 10520

Dear Ms. Posner:

I am writing this letter to up-date the last letter I sent you on June 2, 1982, concerning the " emergency evacuation plan" for the area around or near Indian Point.

I am sorry to say that we have not yet reached any under-standing with any responsible party concerning a " safe" evacu-ation plan for the Indian Point Plant.

We have not yet been contacted by anyone, other than yourself, in regards to an evacuation plan.

We, as a Union and as part of the community, are deeply con-cerned for the safety of all involved.

However, I must once again state, "This Union will not allow any member of the Union to be involved unless each and every detail has been discussed with us and then, of course, with our members."

Therefore, it is still our position that as of this date there is not evacuation plan that our members are involved with.

Yours truly, N
