Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 In accordance with the applicable provisions specified in 10CFR50, Nebraska Public Power District..(NPPD), s.1bmitted Proposed Change No. 7 to~ the Technical Specifications for review and approval.

Questions from the NRC staff were received and resolved with the resulting revised pages to the RETS contained in Attachment 1.

NPPD is also submitting as Attachment 2 the Process Control Program- (PCP) ' dated June 7,1982, which was previously submitted and reviewed. The PCP provides a general description of equipment, practices, and controls to be considered during waste. solidification'to assure solid wastes.

This proposed change' incorporates' all amendment to the Cocper Nuclear Station ' Facility Operating' License ' up through

- Amendment '84 issued January 20, 1984.
