- Arizona Nuclear Power Project l TITLE: CABLE AND RACEUAY CONTROL & TRACKINC SYSTDi 3.3 Installation Cards 3.3.1 IC's shall be obtained by the responsible PVNCS Work Department prior to issuing a work package to the field requiring a change or new installation of:

3.3.2 It is the responsibility of the Authori cd Work Departments to ensure that the latest revision IC is in the Work Package. The Authorized Work Departments shall coordinate with the Engineering Evaluations EE-580 Coordinator to accomplish this.
3.3.3 Discrepancies between the IC's and drawings shall be addressed with an EER per Reference 5.1.6.
3.3.4 IC's are not required for lifting and relanding terminations to the

identical terminal point. This type of termination shall be documented on a deterr/ ret.e w sheet as per Refarence 5.lf.'f e
T l'(4 / Ns 3.3.5 An Installation Card Request (Appendix 1) shall be used to obtain cards from the Engineering Evaluations EE-580 Coordinator.
IC's cannot be obtained without a Work Order number.
Cards will then be distributed to the Work Department to support schedule requirreents.
