20555 NRC DOCKET 50-321 OPERATING LICENSE DPR-57 EIMIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 REMOVAL OF REFERENCE FROM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Gentlemen:
Hatch Unit 1 Technical Specification 4.7.E Reference 1 refers to the February 14, 1973 revision of Appendix J to 10 CFR 50.
Our letter of March 5,1979 proposed to change this reference to a later version of Appendix J.
This letter confirms a telephone conversation which was held January 27, 1984, between members of our staff and our NRC Licensing Project Manager.
It was determined that our previous submittal should be modified to delete Reference 1 in Section 4.7.E and all references to Reference 1 (sections
- 4. 7. A. 2. a,
- 4. 7. A. 2.e, 4. 7. A.2.f and 4. 7.A. 2.g).
NRC has agreed to issue changed pages reflecting the removal of this reference.
