Dear Mr. Gorski:

A detailed review of the basis for development of the maximum allowable PORV setpoint curve for LTOPS in Figure 3 of Reference 1 revealed that the curve accounted for a 27 degrees F temperature uncertainty but neglected to account for the 50 degrees F thermal transport effect from the heat injection transient. To correct this situation, the attached curve has been generated to account for all temperature effects. Figure A is provided to illustrate the shifting of the points and is not intended for submittal to the NRC. Figure 3 from Reference 1 which is suitable for NRC submittal has been j

regenerated and is also attached.
