The delivery of new fuel assemblies, scheduled for December 11, 1985, was unaccounted for af ter the estimated arrival tire of 0700 hours0.0081 days <br />0.194 hours <br />0.00116 weeks <br />2.6635e-4 months <br />.

In accordance with our procedures, the Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing Departnent, General Electric Company was notified at 0703 hours0.00814 days <br />0.195 hours <br />0.00116 weeks <br />2.674915e-4 months <br /> by security officer L. W.

Miles, in turn, the Assistant Supervisor, Nuclear Security; the Supervisor, Nuclear Security; and the Assistant Supervisor, Operations were notified at 0705 hours0.00816 days <br />0.196 hours <br />0.00117 weeks <br />2.682525e-4 months <br />, 0706 hours0.00817 days <br />0.196 hours <br />0.00117 weeks <br />2.68633e-4 months <br /> and 0729 hours0.00844 days <br />0.203 hours <br />0.00121 weeks <br />2.773845e-4 months <br /> respectively.

The vehicle was thirty miles south of the New York border, in Pennsylvania.

It had been delayed by inclerent weather.

All individuals and agencies previously notified were updated.

The shipment arrived at 1C39 hours and General Electric Co pany was notified.
