Dear Dr. Saenger:
This is just a short note to let you know that we are well on our way to correcting your records in order to insure that proper payment will be made for the services you rendered. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you.
As you are aware, a transfer of responsibility within NRC for consultant appointments, such as yours, took place during the last year. During this transition period, one of the required forms for the renewal of your appointment was not properly processed. We have detected the proper action and are in the process of correcting your records.
Please rest assured that you will be properly paid for all of the services you rendered. We anticipate that all of the corrective actions will be accomplished within the next two to three weeks and you should be receiving your payments shortly thereafter.
