LaSalle County Station Unit 1 Proposed Amendment to NPF-ll Appendix " A" Technical Specifications NRC Docket No . 50-373

Dear Mr. Schwencer:

The purpose of this letter is to request the following expedited change in Technical Specifications for LaSalle County Station Unit 1:

Change Request NPF-ll/82-8 Revise the alarm setpoint for RCIC in Surveillance Requirements 4.4.3.2.2.b. This change is required to be issued prior to exceeding 0% power. This change is one Class II amendment since it simply updates the technical specifications to reflect information incorporated in Ameadment 60 to the FSAR which was submitted on March 12, 1982 (prior to the April 17, 1982, license issue date).

This proposed change is addressed in the Attachment. This change has received on-site and of f-site review and approval.

Attachment "B" lists the status o f Technical Specification Change Requests fo r LaSalle.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 170, this change reflects one Class II amendment. A remittance of $1,200.00 is, therefore , enclosed.
