In paragraph 1 of reference (a), it was requested that SNM License Number 1154 be amended to include the possession and use of an addi-tional 10 gram quantity of plutonium-238 to be contained in a nuclear battery power source.

2.

Due to changes in program requirements, it is hereby requested that paragraph 1 of reference (a) be cancelled.
