The following information is submitted in support of Naval Ocean Systems Center's (N0SC) renewal request for License No. SNM-1154, Docket No. 070-01216 (fiail Control No. 16733) as requested in reference (a).
a.
Names and qualifications submitted as Attachment 9 are to be specifically named under the user condition.
b.
Enclosure (1) contains two copies of N0SC's Radiation Control Manual.
This manual was published after the renewal application was submitted.
Table II of enclosure (1) meets the " Guidelines-for' Decon-tamination of Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release for Unrestricted Use....etc."

The following information is submitted in support of amendment to License No. SNM-1154 as requested during reference (a).
a.
20 microcuries of plutonium-238 are equivalent to 1.2 nano grams.
b.
The plutonium-238 requested in this amendment js Ro beiused as t
a calibration source. The plutonium-238 will only betuiefd in aJ1abora-tory.
Aliquoting into the calibration chamber will anly be doqq ins [de of an operating fume hood.
