SUBJECT:
PLANT SPECIFIC EVALUATION REPORTS ISSUED BY THE INSTITUTE OF NUCLEAR POWER OPERATIONS (INPO)
In a memorandum dated May 6,1981, Norman Moseley requested that you obtain copies of INPO reports from inspected licensees and forward them to him on a continuing basis (Enclosure 1).
In Generic Letter 81-23, dated June 4,1981, Darrell Eisenhut requested that licensees submit the same reports through nonnal docketing channels.
We have agreed with NRR to consolidate the two requests.
Please arrange to obtain the reports from licensees in your Regions as was requested in Enclosure 1.
Provide a copy to Edson Case, NRR, as well as to Norman Moseley.
We have discussed this matter with NRR and they concur with this approach.
In making the arrangements, you may inform the licensees '
