Ac discussed with you this past week, members of the Puget Sound Power and Light Company (PSP &L), the Northwest Energy Services Company (NESCO), the Washington State Energy Pacility Site Evaluation Counell (EPSEC) and the URS Company are planning for a meeting with the NRC Staff during the first week of January 1982 to review and understand the procedures for the Staff Review of the impending submittals of Amendment 23 to the S/HNP Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) and Amendment 4 to the S/HNP Environmental Report (ER). A preliminary date of January 7 has been set with Mr. Jan Norris, M s. Elinor Adensa m and yourself as prospective ettcndees from the NRC.
