This is in rcsponse to your letter dated September 28, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the minutes of the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance Review (SALP) Group.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on October 20, 1981, you agreed to wait for our response until release of the SALP report.
The Commission recently approved release of the report upon inclusion of comments reflecting Commission guidance on the program.
At this time, we are placing copies of the requested minutes in the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
