Letters were issued cn Septer.Ser 13 (D. Eisenhut to 0;srating ::uclear Power Plants) &
Cctober 23,1979, (H. Denton to Operating nuclear Power Plants), which set forth.thEse recomendations as recuirsments and provided clarification of the schedule and re ;cire:r.ents for implemer.tation. A January 10, 1980, memo from D. Eisentat, *.:.tinc Director, DDR, defined plants to receive lessons learned site visits ~ a.d proposed a divisicn of effort betseen :RR L IE for conducting the lesscns learr.sc post implementaticn reviers.
