NUREG-0737 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR OPERATING REACTORS MEM3RANDUM DATED DECEMBER 18, 1980 We have reviewed the information discussed in the subject memorandum and are in general agreement with your proposed program. However, we have a problem with information concerning Item II.K.2(ll). We assumed review responsibility for Item II.K.8(11) as described in my December 29, 1980 memorandum to you. This acceptance was based on the premise that related clarification documents for Item II.K.2(ll) were incorporated in NUREG-0737. Our subsequent review of NUREG-0737 disclosed that Enclosure "C" did not include the referenced clari-fication documents. Based on this lack of necessary guidance documents, we are unable to accept review responsibility for Task Action I_!.K.2(11). Bered on discussions with NRR representatives, it is our understanding that this item is being resolved by the Division of Human Factors Safety.
