FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE 55 FR 23836 Based on our discussion, item 5 of the June 12, 1990 published corrections to 55 FR 21182 is incorrect. The seventh word of the text of category N should read " licensees" rather than " licenses" as follows:

" Licenses that authorize services for other licensees, except... "

Please have the Federal Register publish another correction.
