FINAL-NOTICE OF RULEMAKING (55 FR 21173 - 21184)
We have proofed the subject Federal Register Notice and listed below are items to be corrected:
1.
Page 21174, second column.
In the seventh line of the first i
response, the word "the" should be deleted after the phrase U.S.
Department of the Treasury. The sentence should read, "This is consistent with U.S. Department of Treasury cash management' initiatives..."

Page 21179, second column.
Initem4,i170.12(a) Application fees, the second sentence should be replaced with the following two sentences:
" Applications subject to fees for which no remittance is received will not be processed and_may be returned to the applicant.
All' application fees will be charged irrespective of the Commission's I
disposition of the application or a withdrawal of the application."
A whole phrase has been omitted.

Page 21180, third column. The first heading directly under Schedule of Facility Fees should read " Facility categories and types of fees" rather than " Family categories and types of fees."
