FEE WORKPAPERS FOR 10 CFR 170 FINAL RULE Enclosed are two sets of the workpapers in support of the Notice of Final Rulemaking scheduled for publication in the Federal Register in the next few days. Please advance one set of the workpapers to the Public Document Room immediately and ask the PDR staff to time-stamp them upon receipt and put them on display for immediate perusal.
The other set is for processing through the NUDOCS system, in this way, the PDR gets an advanced copy and an additional copy through normal processing.
Please note that all the memoranda and letters in these workpapers are exactly the same as those found in the workpapers for the Proposed Rule which were forwarded to you on November 29, 1989. These documents received control numbers at that time.
The only changes made were to the tables in the sections " Schedule of Materials Fees," " Licensing fees," " Estimated Collections" and " Hourly Rate" since the professional hourly rate was reduced from $95/ hour to $92/ hour based on adjustments made to the FY 1990 budget.
