CONDUCT OF EMPLOYEES Periodically, there is a need to stress the importance of each employee's awareness and understanding of rRC Manual Chapter 4124. Conduct of Employees.
All NRC employees are required to carefully note and be' guided by the statement of responsibilities regarding their conduct and comply with the statutes, rules, standards of conduct, and other regulations published in Chapter NRC-4124.
Violations of any of the instructions or statutes referred to in Part 0, Title 10.of the Code of Federal Regulations (see Appendix 4124 II) may subject you to disciplinary action by NRC, in addition to the penalty prescribed by law for such violation.
Each employee received a copy of Chapter NRC-4124, Conduct of Employees, at the-time you entered on duty. Chapter NRC-4124 was revised on April 6, 1982, and all employees on board at that time received an updated copy. NRC Announcement No. 46 dated May 24, 1984, was issued to all NRC employees. This announcement provided a review of the major provisions of NRC conflict of interest regulations.
Additional copies of the above issuances may be obtained from the Personnel Staff.
