Enclosed for your information' is a copy of a petition that requests the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to issue an order suspending or revoking Construction Permits' Hos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 issued for the Seabrook Station for an alleged lack of financial qualification on the part of the Public Service Co_mpany of Hew Hampshire.
This petition is being treated under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Comission's regulations and, accordingly, appropriate action will be taken on the petition within a reasonable time.
I also enclose for your information a copy of the liotice that will be filed for publication with the Office of the Federal Register.
