Receipt of Petition Under 10 C.F.R. 2.206 Notice is hereby given that by petition dated February 5,1982, the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League filed a request for an Order to Show Cause why Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 should not be-suspended or revoked because of an alleged lack of financial qualification of the lead applicant, Public Service Company of New Hampshire.

In accordance with the procedures specified in 10 CFR 5 2.205, appropriate action will be taken on this request within a

reasonable time.
