Reference 2 above provided the Supply System response to two (2)

Items of Noncompliance, Item A and Item B.

In its letter dated November 9, 1981, NRC Region V requested further information con-cerning the Supply System-response to Noncompliance item A.

This letter addresses Item B only.

Reference 2 above provided a commitment to be in full compliance with Item of Noncompliance B by December 30, 1981. These comm'.t-ments were designated as actions a,'b and c.

The actions of a dnd b were completed, however actions of c were not completed as anticipated. The new full compliance date for action c is now pro-jected to be completed by March 31, 1982.
