i We have recently <eceived from our contractor, Wallace/ Superior, a copy of the Department of Labor's Decision and Order Approving Agreement relative to an appeal hearing involving Wallace/ Superior, held in Seattle in August,1981. A copy of that document is en-closed for your informatica.
t-Cur review of records maintained by the contractor at the jobsite on December 7, 1981, confirms that a written " Clarification of Pol-i icy" statement was distributed during the week of November 16, 1981, to approximately tifty-five employees (those who had signed the original document who were still employed by the contractor). 'Issu-ance of this docu;ent, a sample of which is enclosed, appears to meet the intent r the agreement detailed in the Department of Labor's ruling on the matter.
