PGE's commitment to conduct a human factors review of the' backup SPDS at the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The backup SPDS at Trojan consists of certain critical' Plant parameters indicated on Panels C-02, C-05 and C-09 as i

described in detail in PCE's letter of July 2, 1981 to the NRC.

Display of the backup SPDS will be included in the on going human factors review j

of control room design in accordance with NUREG-0700.
