DOCKET 50-155 Letter August 4,1981 from the NRC Division of Licensing Refs:

(1) to Mr. David P. Hoffnann, Nuclear Licensing Administrator, Consumers i

Power Compar,y, Jackson, Michigan, regarding TMI-related req for the Big Rock facility, and (2) i Licensee Commitments on Post-TMI Related issues, in the matter of CPC's Big Rock Point plant.

We, the undersigned, hereby petition the Nuclear Regulatory Commissior pursuant to 10CFR 2.714(a)(2), to intervene ircedi the Big Rock nuclear facility.

The NRC staf f has developed and proposed post-TMI requirements to u safety for employees and citizens in this area.

from those requirements, nor any modifications for cost-benefit purposes, should be allcwed until citizen input is het d and duly considered by the NRC.

We request a hearing and wish to be involved in all aspects of the proceedings that will pertain to the TMI-related deferrals sought by Consumers Power Company specifically for the Big Rock f acility and which are currently being evaluated by the NRC.
