Report for LER 50-321/1983-003 1

On January 5,1983, the NP.C notifieu Georgia Power Company of an incorrect page (3.5-9) in Unit One Tech. Specs.

This page.under Tech. Specs. 3.5.F.1 stated "six of seven" instead of "seven".of the i

automatic depressurization valves shall be operable..

Records show that the wrong revision to page 3.5-9 was issued on 8/1/80.

A review of all affected deviaticns has ensured no violation of the correct Tech. Specs.

The health and safety of the public were not j

affected by this-non-reptitive event.

1 The cause of this event was attributed to personnel error.

Personnel responsible for making corrections to illegible pages of Unit one Tech. Specs. used the wrong revision to correct one illegible page.

On August 1, 1980, personnel were provided with correct

1egible pages of Tech. Specs. and a' legible page.3.5-9 with wrong revision.

All legible pages were then inserted 4

into Unit one Tech. Specs.

Responsible personnel were counseled.

The correct revisior. for. Tech. Spece..

page 3.5-9 was issued by document control department on January 5, 1983.

Since there was no violation of'the correct Tech. Specs.
