Reference is made to our letter dated April 16,1958, concerning shipment of dry uranium powders from our facility near Pittsburg, Kansas, (AEC license No.

S?.Ll$h) to destinations within the continental United States. That letter specified shipment by Railway Express, protective signhture, and contract motor carrier.

• le ask, now, that you please amend our request for approval to include shipment by less than truck load lots. At this time we request this amendment to cover enrichments up to 10%, which was covered in the April 16 letter cited above.
