I i We hereby request your approval of the me.thods described below for shipping dry h u-anium oxide powders which'will be produced in our plant near Pittsburg, Eansas, N (AE license No. SNM-15h). This request supplements our letter to you dated April N-} 16,1058, which covered uraniun enrichments up to 10$ U-235. A copy of this letter, which covers enrichment over 105, is being nailed to the ICC for their i Bureau of Explosives' consideration and approval. ,f Destination of shipments will be continental United States via Eailuay Express, Protective Signature Service, or truckload "e::clusive vehii_e use".
